C20-6681; 1929 Pin-tucked Coat with Godets

8-piece pattern originally by Beyer's Modenblatt, this slim coat fits snugly to the body via pin tucks which terminate into four Godets around the hem. A single button closes the front of the Coat and swinging the attached fur trimmed Scarf Collar round closes the top of the Coat. The coat front and back may be trimmed in piping as an alternate to the pin tucks, however, pin tucks are necessary to shape the inside seam of each fur-trimmed sleeve.

This pattern is for the more advanced sewer as instructions are very basic and lightly illustrated, they are not depicted in a step-by-step manner.

1/2' seams are given.

Sizes:

Size set A fits 14-20 (32' to 38' bust, 26' to 32' waist, 35' to 41' hip).

Size set B fits 40-48 (40' to 48' bust, 34' to 40' waist, 43' to 51' hip).
